David has lived in and worked in the real world of business. He started his own company at age 20 and later sold if to Office Depot. He then founded Onelead, a sales productivity software company. Today, he is president of The Steel Method which offers sales management training and keynotes speaking.

Originally from New Jersey, David enjoys cycling, golf, and spending time with his wife Felicia and their two children, Dawson and Skyler. He believes that his greatest success is being able to do something that has a continuing impact on the lives of others and gains his greatest satisfaction in helping people become self-assured, thus enabling them to take control of their lives.
